Star Wars: Suspense is BuildingPublished by amy.huhtala on Mon, 12/14/2015 - 10:02
Star Wars: The Force Awakens is just 3 days away and everyone is getting excited. You could argue that the biggest movie of the year was Avengers: Age of Ultron, but some disagree. Businessinsider.com quoted a Citi prediction that said Star Wars will make $1.75 billion worldwide throughout its time in the theater.
Harrison Ford, (Han Solo), Carrie Fisher (Leia) and Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker) will return in this 7th movie. Fans of the older movies and the newer ones will join to see this huge story. Fans love the old characters, and new fans are already loving the characters they’ve only seen in teasers! Adam Driver (Kylo Ren) Daisy Ridley (Rey), and John Boyega (Finn) are the new recruits to this franchise. Their characters look great, but who knows.
Plots are being thrown around by anyone who has even heard the words “Star Wars.” Some people are saying Luke Skywalker has turned into the evil Kylo Ren, which would bring a huge twist to the hearts of fans, but would be an awesome story. The trouble with that is, Lucasfilm would have to bring Mark Hamill to be in this second trilogy. Some fans are also saying that Han Solo could die. Harrison Ford probably doesn’t want to make any more Star Wars movies.
Everyone’s excited for this awesome event that is only 3 days from now. Christmas is coming, but Star Wars is sooner. Star Wars: The Force Awakens arrives on Dec. 18.
