Our school has many sports for students to choose from. They have tennis, golf, basketball, football, wrestling, drill, cheer, and more. One sport that our school doesn’t have is tumbling. Tumbling is a part of gymnastics that you do on the floor. You learn different skills like back handsprings, back tucks, layouts, whips, and other tricks. I personally think that our school should have a tumbling team because it’s a good way to get your exercise and you can have fun while doing it.

Tumbling includes a rod floor, a tumble track, trampoline, and sometimes a double mini. These are all different parts in tumbling. On the rod floor you work on running tumbling and standing. On the tumble track you also work on running so it helps you when you go onto the rod floor. The trampoline and double mini are both used to work on big flips. This shows that tumbling has a variety of skills to choose which to me, makes it more fun and enjoyable. Therefore this is why I think that our school should have a tumbling team along with all the other sports our school has provided.
