Submitted by cheryl.phillips on

This course teaches simple strategies that will help parents respond to their child’s anxiety and learn to recognize signs of depression. When applied, these anxiety management skills will help the child and parent bond, allowing the child to identify and work through their anxiety more effectively. You will also learn some basic steps to help manage depression and learn when depression symptoms may require professional help.
