Parents! The results from this survey will help improve services for students through the implementation of a comprehensive school counseling program. Data will also help guide the school counselor in creating lesson plans for classroom instruction, small group counseling, and other interventions and programs within the school. This survey is designed to help us better serve you in the future and is not a form for submitting questions or complaints. If you have a comment or concern, please contact our counseling office. This survey is approximately 25 questions and will take about 5-10 minutes to complete. You may answer the questions in any order, but please complete the survey before leaving your current browser session. If you have more than one student who attends our school, please pick one student and answer for that student.
