Class Changes

Dear Parents and Students,

 Due to COVID-19 and social distancing requirements, Salem Junior High will be using a Google Form to make class changes electronically.   

Please be aware that many of our classes are full and changes may be difficult to complete. We will try our best to accommodate your requests. Changes will be made on a first come, first served basis.  The Google form will also be used as a waiting list if the requested class is full.  Please use the Master Schedule with this form to determine if the change you want is possible.   

If you would like to be a Teacher's Aide (TA)  you will either need to wait until school starts to get permission from the teacher or have the teacher send your counselor an email indicating which period they would like you to TA.  


If a request is able to be made a $5 class change fee will be applied to the student's account.  A response will be sent to the email address used to submit the form.  We want to make sure every student has the opportunity to get the schedule they would like, however this process is new and it may take some time to get through everyone's requests.  The counseling office will also be prioritizing students' schedules that require online registration.
