OUTRAGE is the county health departments youth substance abuse outreach program. They are a youth led advocacy and prevention group in Utah County committed to making a difference and empowering youth to fight back against substance misuse.
They are hosting a winter retreat and holiday party on Saturday, December 3, 2022, from 1pm-9pm at the Health and Justice Building (151 S University Avenue, Suite 2700, Provo, Utah 84601). Youth will be educated about what it means to be an advocate, the issues surrounding substance use, mental health tips and tricks, and a holiday party to wrap it up. Dinner will be provided for those that attend.
For those that are interested they will need to RSVP by using the QR code on the attached flyer.

Youth that attend will be able to make new friends, become involved in a good cause, and learn how to let their voice be heard.
