Did you know that one in three children currently live in a stepfamily? This includes many of the children within the Nebo School District. Stefamilies can be successful! Utah State University's "Healthy Relationships Utah" has developed a 7-session course for individuals who have a child or children from a previous relationship. You'll learn how to answer questions like:
- How to I successfully parent stepchildren?
- Is it possible to build a thriving stepfamily?
- How do we parent across two households?

- Haandling emotion
- Communication
- Navigating conflict
