On Monday, June 22nd, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, we will be doing two things: checking in items that need to be returned to the school (e.g. Chromebooks, instruments, choir uniforms, textbooks, library books, etc.) and handing out yearbooks (if purchased). This will be done in a drive-thru fashion in two of our parking lots (see attached map), alphabetically by last name.
LAST NAMES A-K
If your last name begins with A-K, you will pull into the front parent pick-up/drop-off and proceed along the curb to the canopies (the yellow circle on the map). First you will drop off items that need to be returned. Staff will be available to label items, if needed. Then you will pick up your yearbook, if purchased, and we will send you on your way with a treat.
ONLY ONE LANE will be accommodated against the right curb. Please do not cut through the parking lot.
LAST NAMES L-Z
If your last name begins with L-Z, you will pull into the North parking lot (by the tennis courts), and proceed along the curb to the canopies (the yellow circle on the map). First you will drop off items that need to be returned. Staff will be available to label items, if needed. Then you will pick up your yearbook, if purchased, and we will send you on your way with a treat.

FAQ
Are there still yearbooks available?
YES! At this point, we are getting distribution ready, so you may purchase a yearbook the day of distribution by parking in the front parent pick-up/drop-off lot and walking into the main office.
I'll be out of town on the 22nd, so when can I get my yearbook and return my Chromebook and other items?
After the 22nd, yearbooks will be available for pickup in the front office during our summer office hours (see below). We appreciate you returning any other school items as soon as you are able so that we can inventory and get ready for next school year!
How do I pay my fees?
You can go to myschoolfees.com to pay your fees. Our financial office will be closed for a few weeks, but you can pay fees in person on distribution day, as well.
Summer Office Hours
During the summer, the school and office are open Mon-Thur from 9-2. The financial office will be closed through the beginning of July, but will be open on June 22nd during distribution. The school is closed on Fridays.
