Moving Your Student to At-Home Learning/Face to Face Learning: This is just a friendly reminder that parents wanting to change their child’s learning option for fourth term from Remote Learning to At-School Learning, or vice versa, can do so by submitting their decision in THIS SURVEY between March 15 and March 21. If parents do not wish to change their student’s learning option at this time, they should not submit the survey. Once 4th term begins on March 29, parents will need to stay with their decision until the end of the school year.

Student Chromebooks Charged and Ready: Students need to bring their chromebooks to class charged each day. This will be even more important with the end of year testing for 8th grade students and the 9th grade ACT that is coming up. If your student has lost their charger they are available to purchase from Mrs. Teucher. If your student is having any other issues with their chromebook, please contact Mrs Teucher at linda.teuscher [at] nebo.edu (linda[dot]teuscher[at]nebo[dot]edu).

Boys Tennis - 8th and 9th grade boys: Calling all Tennis Players! Boys Tennis Tryouts will be March 23 @ 2:00pm. Please make sure to  register at registermyathlete.com and upload your students physical before tryouts. If you are interested in playing tennis, go talk to Coach Bell reggie.bell [at] nebo.edu (reggie[dot]bell[at]nebo[dot]edu) as soon as possible. We are also excited to announce that our new Boys Tennis Coach will be Ralph Jamsa. Coach Jamsa recently retired from being a counselor at the high school and has played and coached tennis for several years.

Salem Jr Musical: SaJHS's Musical Review Titled "Seasons of Love: a Jr High Musical Review" starts March 24th & Runs through March 27th. Seating is limited. Please pre-purchase tickets to ensure your seat. You may purchase tickets at this website. With code, parents of actors & techs may purchase their tickets early (your student has the code). General admission for pre purchase sales begins March 18th. Please plan on wearing a mask and being seated for social distancing.

Sharp Survey: Sometime between March 23-30th our 8th grade students will have the opportunity to complete the State of Utah Student Health And Risk Prevention (SHARP) Survey in their English classes. This is a great data-gathering tool for our state funding providers to determine comprehensive prevention programs for our schools and children. It is an optional survey, and parents will need to either give or deny consent for their students to participate. If you’re a parent or guardian of an 8th grade student and haven’t yet completed the consent, please click one of the following links today or tomorrow letting teachers know which students will be participating.
