Intramural sports is a good way for a student to have fun, and play anoncompetitive sport. The sports are available for all students who go to Salem Hills Jr High School. The sports are all paid for by the district, so they are all free. Plus you can attend whenever, wether it be one day or more. There are no teams so you can't be cut from it. You can come to the sports either in the morning between 7-7:45 before school, or after school. The sports will be held in the gym by Mr.Blanchard. Another upside to the intramural sports is that if you're in P.E., you can use them to get P.E.credit if you missed a day of class or have a deficient grade. The current sport being played is badminton every school morning. All in all, intramural sports are fun and helpful at the same time.
