This week at Salem Junior High is the school dance. We call it the Halloween dance. People come to dance, have fun, and hang out with new people. Many people I know will go to dance with girls or boys. They love to dress up in funny costumes and break some moves down on the dance floor.
I have interviewed students and this is what they said. From Mrs. Marchand's class Josh Mckee said “I don’t like dancing .” Also, Jordan Ware quoted “ Heck ya, because the girls are hot!!” Lastly, is Lincoln Van Tassell. He replied, “I would if there was pizza, ice cream, and girls.” These things are really important. People love to dance when there are other things there to keep their attention.
Lastly, we all want to know where it is. Mrs. Mendenhall told us that it is on Thursday from 7 to 9 o’clock. It is at the junior high in Salem, Utah. You need to follow the school dress code. That means appropriate clothes, no mask, gore, or any other bad things. They still want you to dress up in costume. You are eligible to go if you have 2 tardies or less. The dance costs $3.
