On Monday, June 22nd, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, we will be doing two things: checking in items that need to be returned to the school (e.g. Chromebooks, instruments, choir uniforms, textbooks, library books, etc.) and handing out yearbooks (if purchased). This will be done in a drive-thru fashion in two of our parking lots, alphabetically by last name.
LAST NAMES A-K
If your last name begins with A-K, you will pull into the front parent pick-up/drop-off and proceed along the curb to the first white canopy where all items will be dropped off that need to be returned. Staff will be available to label items, if needed. Then you will pull forward to the second white canopy to pick up a yearbook and treat. ONLY ONE LANE will be accommodated against the right curb. Please do not cut through the parking lot.
LAST NAMES L-Z
If your last name begins with L-Z, you will pull into the North parking lot (by the tennis courts), and proceed to the first white canopy where all items will be dropped off that need to be returned. Staff will be available to label items, if needed. Then you will pull forward to the second white canopy to pick up a yearbook and treat. ONLY ONE LANE will be accommodated against the curb. Please do not cut through the parking lot.
If you did not purchase a yearbook and would like to turn in your items earlier, you are welcome to do so in the front office.
