The Halloween Dance

Submitted by jolynn.ford on Wed, 11/28/2012 - 13:47

On October 26, 2012, Salem Jr. High hosted their first ever Halloween Dance.  Many kids came to enjoy lively music, cheap drinks, and more!  Asking teens that went to the dance, I got great answers on what they liked.

"The Halloween Dance was awesome," one kid said. "I loved the DJ and the spooky decorations.   I really look forward to the next dance!"

SaJHS participated in the intramural weightlifting activity at Mt. Nebo Jr. High in October. We had three students participate, Joel Mason, Colton Lee, and Jessica Brimley. They each earned a third place medal in their respective weight categories. Congratulations to our "heavy lifters!"
